Multiparty Negotiations are more complex because of the many number of interacting variables. This course is designed to teach strategies and processes of multiparty negotiation. In multiparty negotiation the negotiator has to face complicated situations: how to create and preserve coalitions, How to deal with a variety of interests and goals, how to deal with several agendas and schedules, off track negotiations, no-agreement situation, and more.
